NOTE FOR RETURNS:
To ensure maximum service, returns are processed exclusively to our returns center in Germany. Please do not return items without first notifying us by email to ensure proper processing and allocation of your return. We will be happy to provide you with the German return address via email.

A NOTICE:
Please return the item to us in as clean and well-maintained a condition as possible, including all accessories and the original packaging. Once we receive the return, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used during purchase. Please note that processing returns may take up to 14 days after receipt.
